Why Minded Boggle Exists
People with lived experience understand the journey in a way textbooks never will
Minded Boggle was created to make the inner world less confusing, less intimidating, and far more human. It exists for anyone who has ever felt lost in their own thoughts, unsure of what they’re feeling, or exhausted by trying to “hold it all together.”
Because the mental-health system can be overwhelming
Minded Boggle is built on the idea that self-awareness is powerful. When you can name what’s happening inside you, you can change the way you respond to it. And when a resource feels relatable and safe, you’re more likely to actually use it.
Because navigating your mind shouldn't feel impossible
It’s here to translate complex psychology into something you can actually use – something grounded, compassionate, and real. No clinical jargon. No perfectionism. Just honest guidance that meets you where you are.
Because healing isn't linear
-Because stress, trauma, anxiety, and self-doubt shape more of our lives than we realise.
-Because you deserve tools that help you understand your patterns rather than blame yourself for them.
Above all, it exists because you are not alone in this
Your mind is not a puzzle you’re expected to solve on your own – and with the right guidance, it doesn’t have to feel like one.
- Make sense of your mind
- Recognise what's driving your reactions
- Learn healthier ways to cope
- Feel supported instead of misunderstood
- Reconnect with who you're becoming, not just who you have been
Paving the Way for your future and the generations to come
Statistics show that more and more people are struggling with the weight of modern living. Whether it is young children and their emotions, adolescence and the pressure of fitting in while maintaining top grades, or the burden of adult responsibility, many of us are finding it hard to maintain a peaceful state of mind. At Minded Boggle we’ve begun laying stepping stones for you to find your own way at your pace!
My Minded Boggle Journey
Creator: Michelle Lewis
20+ Years of the Minded Boggle Experience
I created Minded Boggle because understanding my mind was the thing that finally changed my life. I grew up experiencing childhood trauma and adversity that shaped how I saw the world and how I reacted to it. My journey hasn’t been straightforward – from abusive relationships to addiction, domestic abuse, and the responsibility of raising three children while also being a carer.
Through years of self-study, healing, and rebuilding myself, I learned how powerful it is when we finally understand why we think, feel, and respond the way we do. Minded Boggle exists to help others make sense of their minds too – without judgement, shame, or complicated clinical jargon.
